Powder Coating Booths

We design and manufacture a wide range of batch type powder coating batch type powder coating booths for manual batch operations. These batch type powder coating booths are custom designed confirming to international standards and ideal for coating jobs of different sizes. They are connected to high efficiency cyclone recovery units with suitably rated exhaust blowers. They are simple to dismantle and clean for easy colour change. The outlet  of the blowers are fitted with filters to ensure 100 percent clean environment. The batch type powder coating booths are fabricated from high grade steel sheets with smooth interior finish for easy cleaning and colour change. They are fitted with dust and vapour proof change light fittings for good illumination.

These Conveyorised Powder Coating Booths (PCBCT) are designed for continous coating on the components as they pas through the Booth using Automatic or Manual Powder Spray Guns according to the line speed. The Booths feature :
