Dust Collector

These unit dust collectors (UDC) are used in filtering gaseous streams containing fine suspended solid particulates down to 1 micron and are widely used for cleaning gasses before discharge to the Atmosphere. The filters are cleaned periodically by a reverse flow of compressed air during the cleaning cycle. A wide range of Filter media  for all type of applications is available in Bags or Cartridges.

We design and manufacture Bag Filter Dust Collectors (BFDC) which are used to solve fine dust problems with the most appropriate filter chosen from a wide range of filter media with air flow rates ranging from 500 m3/hr onwards to filter dust level upto 1 microns.

 

The filters are available as Bags supported by cages or as Cartridges in different sizes and suitable for different applications. The filters are cleaned periodically by a pulse of Compressed Air to dislodge the dust accumulated on the filters.

Our Bag Filters are designed to provide the most optimum Air to Cloth ratio based on international standards for the most ideal and cost effective performance.

Cyclone dust collector ((CDC) are the simplest and most effective Dust Collectors for removal of coarse dust from the air stream.Used as a precleaner prior to a bag filter reduces the load on the Bag Filter.

We offer to our clients the cyclone dust collectors which we manufacture with high efficiency configuration designs for various airflow capacities. These dust collectors can separate dust upto 10 microns size. Our dust collector finds application for woodworking, boilers, powder coating, metal dust, chemical & pesticides, plastics, foundry, carbon processing, grain handling, cement, etc.
